Disaster earthquake black box system converts the data only into numerical data and stores them on servers. This information is not meaningful for anyone other than the system's own procedures.

The system does not store personal data. For example Identity Numbers, Name Surnames, Phones etc. of the people living in the flats.

Voice listening and voice recording cannot be done through the system. The electronic design of the system can only monitor sound traces as sound present (logic 1) or sound absent (logic 0). Even with software changes, sound listening and/or recording is not possible.

System data can only be shared with the authorised authorities and/or themselves upon the request of the building owner or the joint decision of the inhabitants of the building.

The number of people in the buildings is not shared except in case of a disaster.

Risk situations in the flats are not shared except in cases of EMERGENCY and/or FIRE, FLOOD, EXPLOSION, UNHEALTHY WEATHER, etc. The devices make their warnings locally within the flat.

System data is not shared with any institution and/or organisation except for a court decision without a judicial case.

The system uses Microsoft Azure Servers. These servers, which can be customised according to the needs and data traffic, are preferred in regions of the world with the lowest risk of disaster and interruption.

Data traffic of the servers is encrypted with SSL certificates. Server security procedures are operated in full security in accordance with international standards.

Data backup is performed in three separate locations. These are

- Azure Backup
- System Backup
- Remote Backup

Azure Backup - In case of damage and / or unavailability of data files, it allows the recovery of data from the desired date with the historical selection option.

System Backup - In case the server operating system is damaged and / or becomes unusable, it allows the system to return to its last working state in a short time.

Remote Backup - It allows data files to be stored daily in another remote backup unit and to be returned to the desired date.
